This is an early 20th century barograph set in a polished mahogany case, made in the Uk and exported to Canada and retailed there by Harrison & Co. of Montreal. The movement is similar to the familiar aneroid barometer but with two diaphragms.  All in good working order including the French clock.
A quantity of charts and a fresh bottle of ink included.
